DREAD Boston, Massachusetts
DREAD was born officially June 20, 1990. The initial lineup was Denny Hanley-
guitar/vocals, Steve Nelson- guitar,
Mark Selig- drums, John "Boog" Berkeley- bass.
The quartet entered the studio for the first time July of 1990 and recorded 4 songs for the demo Ugly, Blatant, Real. They got their first gig July 30, 1990 opening for then- up and coming band Biohazard at Deringer's in Brockton, MA.
